The day the internet changed.
Today, Google opened up their Friend Connect service. The problem with starting a website, especially a social one is gathering people. Facebook and MySpace “works” better the more people is on it.
With Friend Connect any site can now become social! The userbase is there. Websites can now be seen as “groups” in Facebook. Those interested in joining it will join. No need to hunt for people anymore.
I’m very interested to see what becomes of this.
I’m actively going to see what I can do to use this.
