It was a mission to code OAuth on top of the basic auth, but I did it! It took me longer than I expected (from scrapping a 2 database system), to a new one database system.
So basically, Tweekly.fm will from now on support only OAuth for new sign-ups. If you are currently a Tweekly.fm subscriber, simply go through the steps to switch to OAuth. Your Twitter credentials will be wiped. It is now much safer!
If you revoke access, you will have to contact me if you want to resubscribe to Tweekly.fm.
In other Tweekly.fm news. There are still some things I have planned for it, but I first want to work on new website projects.
I am still looking for advertisers to cover the costs. If you want to advertise on Tweekly.fm, let me know! Last month, Tweekly.fm received more than 100 000 pageviews. It keeps on growing and is currently serving about 2800 subscribers.
