I asked if there was a way to speed up the API and when they will come running after me asking for a share in revenue. Neither of them were likely. Do up a proposal and send it off to them. They could implement the idea, but you have done the hard yards, and 13,000 users have registered - so maybe you could figure out a deal with them directly?
